About Corporate Laws & Compliance Course:

The primary objective behind introducing the Corporate Laws & Compliance course in the CMA Final Group – 3 syllabus is to gain expertise about the different corporate functions that are related to the company act and corporate laws. Moreover, give insights into assessing whether the organization and its strategies are in alignment with the compliance as stated.

The Corporate Laws & Compliance subject is taught by CS Amit Vohra, a renowned faculty member of our institution.

The subject aims to test the following strengths of the student:

Understanding the basic principles of corporate laws that are relevant for the purpose of decision-making and compliance.
Analysis and interpretation of the laws.
Evaluation of the corporate governance essence for proper implementation.
Demonstration of the role of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
